At the same time, we would like to inform you that the consent to the processing of personal data - GDPR is voluntary and necessary for the implementation of activities aimed at establishing cooperation and continuing cooperation with our Company (product sales, service provision).

INFORMATION OBLIGATION OF THE GDPR

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 /46/WE, Fireworks Europe Innovation Sp. z o. o.
I inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Fireworks Europe Innovation Sp. z o.o..
  2. The administrator processes data in order to sell a product or provide a service.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of an order or service.
  4. Personal data will be processed until the Consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, and each time no longer than for the duration of the Administrator's existence.
  5. Your personal data is secured by the Company's computer system - for servicing Customers, potential Customers and contractors, and if the data is in paper form, it is secured by locking it in a room with a key or by locking it in a drawer/wardrobe with a key.
  6. Your data may be subject to profiling (by the Company/Administrator).
  7. You have the right to access the data content and rectify it, delete it and limit the processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
  9. When establishing cooperation or during its duration, we ask you to provide the following personal data: name, surname, ID card number, tax identification number, address of residence, email address, landline telephone number, mobile telephone number, website, data for invoicing.
  10. We have obtained or are obtaining your data:
    - directly from you, when you provided them to us for the purpose of establishing or continuing cooperation
    - from publicly available sources of the National Court Register, Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or other similar sources, this applies only to entrepreneurs entered in these public registers
  11. Providing data was and is voluntary, as well as necessary to achieve the Company's goals, to establish cooperation and continue cooperation (product sales, service provision)
    - in order to send by e-mail, text message, MMS, traditional letter, Polish Post, Courier Mail or in order to provide by phone and in person: the Company's offer, advertising materials, terms of cooperation, price list or other information for the purposes of marketing products and services and in order to invite to industry meeting, invitations to trade fairs or to organise a business meeting
    - in order to sign a contract, issue a pro-forma invoice, issue an invoice, issue a receipt/KP, make a transfer, deliver goods (necessary documentation), issue documentation used to perform the service by the Company
    - for purposes related to keeping statistics on the sale of products and services, accepting references and opinions
    - for purposes related to control proceedings conducted by state institutions
    - for purposes related to the consideration of complaints and complaints regarding sales and services provided by the Company and, if applicable, for purposes related to conducting dispute proceedings
  12. The data will not be shared with anyone, except for the Company's regular contractor, who provides IT services on a continuous basis in the Company, data is made available only and exclusively for the purpose of creating and maintaining an IT program, and outside of entities that are entitled to receive them on the basis of applicable regulations laws.
    13.The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organisational protection of personal data against their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

  4. Your data that company has obtained or is acquiring:
    - directly from you, when you provided it to us for the purpose of establishing or continuing cooperation
    - from publicly available sources of the National Court Register, Central Register and Information on Economic Activity or other similar sources - this applies only to entrepreneurs entered in these public registers.
  5. Personal data is processed and secured in the Company's computer system and the Penal Code, and if the data is in paper form, it is secured by locking it in a room with a key or by locking it in a drawer/wardrobe with a key.
  6. During the Company's working hours, personal data available in the Company's system are inaccessible to other persons staying on the Company's premises.
  7. Employees and Contractors of the Company follow all procedures necessary to secure personal data.
